Education and Training

All of us have compliance responsibilities. Many of these depend upon our University roles. The University offers a broad array of training, some of which is required for particular jobs, some is optional, and some is for professional development. Take time to review the training and education options available to you.

Training Inventory

The Office of Human Resources has compiled a list of various professional development and required training offered by units/departments at the University of Minnesota. This compilation is not an exhaustive list of the training available but is intended to serve as a starting point for managers to use in identifying what training or professional development an employee should take. To view the Training Inventory on the web click here.
